Multiple Thefts From Vehicles Reported in Wayne

Multiple thefts and attempted thefts from vehicles were reported to Tredyffrin Township Police on Monday, Dec. 8, police said.

The thefts and attempted thefts occurred overnight on Anthony Wayne Drive; Bradford Lane; Potter Lane; Brookmead Road and Red Coat Lane in Wayne.

Among the items stolen were two older generation iPods; a pocket knife; and about $90 in cash, police said.

Police are urging residents to lock with car doors at all times. “Most thefts from vehicles occur when they are unlocked,” police said.
