New Chesterbrook Yoga Studio Celebrates Grand Opening Saturday
The studio's founder, who is also an Ivy League trained biochemist and patent attorney, knows a thing or two about the need for balance in a stressful work life.

Christy Cheever is anything but an under-acheiver. She holds an advanced degree in bio-chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Villanova. According to the biography on the website for her new Yoga Studio she "discovered early on that yoga brought a comforting and enriching balance to the demands of her profession and raising two young children."
So, yeah, she might indeed know a thing or two about the pressures of modern life and the need to de-stress and find balance.
Cheever first started taking Yoga classes in 1998 and it wasn't long before she was on the road to her newest undertaking. Â Her biography says "after years spent developing the foundation of her practice, Christy went on to complete the 200-hour Teacher Training program at the Spirit of Yoga in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 2006, and began teaching vinyasa flow yoga shortly thereafter.
