Open and Closed for Columbus Day

Here's what's open, and what's closed for the Columbus Day holiday in and around TE.

Government: TredyffrinTownship Offices offices are closed.  Easttown Township and Chester County offices are open.

Libraries: Tredyffrin, Paoli and Easttown Libraries will be open.

Schools: The Tredyffrin Easttown School District is open.

Trash/Recycling/Yard Waste: 

PennDOT Drivers License Centers: PennDOT centers will be closed on Saturday, Oct. 12 and Monday, Oct. 14 for Columbus Day.

Banks: Columbus Day is a bank holiday.

Mail: USPS will not deliver mail on Monday, Oct. 14. UPS and FedEx will still deliver.

SEPTA: SEPTA will run on the regular weekday schedule for all services.

Liquor Stores: According to the PA Liquor Control Board website, most Wine & Spirits stores will be open for their regular Monday hours. However, some will have alternate holiday hours or be closed. Call ahead before heading out.
