Photo of the Day: Friends Star Has Wild Hair Day Visiting Local Rep. on Capitol Hill

Former Friends star Matthew Perry paid a visit to U.S. Rep Patrick Meehan (R-PA7) on Capitol Hill Thursday. Meehan's 7th Congressional District covers parts of Paoli, Berwyn and Devon. 

According to a Meehan spokesperson Perry made the rounds with representatives of the National Association of Drug Court Professional (NADPC). Rep. Meehan, a former U.S. Attorney for Southeastern PA, is working on legilsation regarding Veterans Treatment Courts.

Meehan's office says the NADCP is the leading advocate for both Drug Courts and Veterans Treatment Courts. According to the NADCP website the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in West Chester in an adult drug court. There are no drug courts listed in Delaware County, which includes the bulk of Rep. Meehan's Seventh Congressional District.
