How do you plan to address the needs of the township and its residents while keeping taxes low?
Tredyffrin Township (TT) Taxes are not low now and they are endlessly rising at aggressive rates. It is foolish to compare TT to ultra-high tax townships and say we have low taxes.

In TT, we have a 9-0 D run School Board and a 7-0 D run Board of Supervisors that for far too long are an echo chamber of rubber stamp of tax increases and spending comingled with approximately $10,000,000 of long-term debt issue.
TT is like Chester County, who raised taxes 13.47 % in 2025 and Eastown Twp who just sneakily passed a .5% Earned income Tax. If, We the People, don’t elect a new TT BoS that engages a diversity of business experience and intelligent thinking while listening to the residents and business owners, the echo chamber Ds will pass another .5% after the November 4th, 2025, election. Same for the TE School Board so please elect the talented Republicans running so we can stop more tax increases and run the now down to #10 district with diversity and efficiency.
My plan to address the needs of everyone in Tredyffrin Township is:
1. NO Earned income TAX. NO Earned Income Tax (EIT). EIT is a lazy ignorant bureaucratic overreach reaction to a nonthinker planning problem. EIT poisons business and residents forever.
2. Listen, identify, agree and solve TT business and residential problems efficiently with my 30 years of successful business skills while identifying and cutting wasteful spending. TT must grow the business-friendly environment with clean modern infrastructure that protects the fading bucolic open space and historic characteristics with sustainable necessary services delivery.
3. Help Everyone in TT by making it more affordable and safer to live, work and retire here. Again, there is more value for everyone in listening to the Residents and Business owners in a regular cadence of easy to attend discussion-based township meetings and my phone number is 610.937.1001.
What are the biggest issues your constituents bring up when discussing life in the township?
1. “Constantly rising County, Township and School Taxes, and for what? We need TT to listen to what we need, and it is not a new Earned income Tax”
2. “Why is TT Debt now close to $10M, where was thew community input?”
3. “We must Preserve the remaining bucolic open space and historic character of TT and keep is safe”
4. “We need Smart Planned Growth that aligns with TT’s long-term infrastructure needs and with our (residents) opinion listened to.”
5. “We are built out, so High density housing must not get variances granted from commercial space unless they pay huge significant premium, they gotta stop giving it away dammit.”
6. “Please make it easier for us to know what is going on in the township so we can contribute and feel like they listen.”
How can the township work to reduce crime?
Back TT police with the tools and training that they need. Use AI to help predict what may happen and where. Communicate and Listen to TT residents and businesses with regular cadence and on an easy-to-use platform. Foster and grow the relationship with all State and Federal law enforcement agencies. Continue and grow a robust grant response program for law enforcement advanced technology and all TT related needs funding.
No earned income tax to help drive and grow a safer robust business and residential community.
What can be done to make streets safer for pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter/bike riders, and motorists?
Listen to what the TT pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter/bike riders, and motorists want and what problems have presented? My opinion, shaped with 50 plus years of firsthand data and observations living in TT, is that we are built out and we do not need any more traffic congestion and demand on infrastructure. Strictly enforce all traffic laws and speed limits with automated technology. Possibly, make certain roads car free for Saturday and Sunday early morning use.
What can township leaders do to foster additional small business growth in Tredyffrin Township?
NO Earned Income Tax. EIT is a lazy ignorant bureaucratic overreach reaction to a planning problem that poisons business and residents forever.
Listen to ALL residents and business owners in a regular cadence and keep TT safe, preserve the remaining beautifully bucolic open space and buildings and keep it fun.
Keep taxes low and provide a safe clean environment with strong infrastructure and bucolic characteristics.
