Spring arrived at 1:14 Tuesday morning, ushering in a warm season on the heels of one of the warmest winters on record.

The last day of winter was warm enough to have people flocking to Rita's Water Ice in Paoli, even before the big first day of spring free water ice promotion from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Tuesday.
