Leap Babies whose birthdays fall on February 29 and anyone who turned 29 in the month of February 2012 were treated to free lunch or breakfast from the kitchen of EmJ's Executive Chef Joe Mascio.
Dozens of diners stopped in, enjoyed $2.29 breakfast and lunch specials and went home with some Patchy gift items.
