Tredyffrin Cop,9 Others In Rte. 202 Accidents
A Tredyffrin officer's patrol car is struck as snowy conditions are blamed for two accidents in the same spot on U.S. 202 in Chesterbrook Saturday.
Berwyn Fire Company's website reports that a Tredyffrin Police officer and nine others were taken to hospitals Saturday after collissions on U.S. 202 North near the Chesterbrook exit.
According to the fire company, police and fire crews responded to an accident just after 11 a.m. Saturday morning. The report says that as the accident involving a mini van was being cleared, an SUV lost control and hit the police vehicle.
The report says the Tredyffrin officer was treated and released from the hospital.
