Tredyffrin Township police reported arrests in December for drunken driving, check fraud, deceptive business practices and more.

TREDYFFRIN, PA—A 59-year-old was arrested on Dec. 14 on charges of charges of drunken driving and failure to stop at a stop sign following a two-vehicle crash in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
Police said Coll had a blood-alcohol content of .216 percent. Under Pennsylvania law, a person is considered intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent.

- Jonathan D. Lynam, 32, of Malvern, is free on nominal bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of altered, forged, or counterfeit documents, and related charges. Police said Lyman was stopped for speeding on Dec. 4.
- Dajanee Colbert-Mitchell, 34, of King of Prussia, is free on $7,500 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of deceptive business practices. Police said he ran an online scam.
- Ulysses Gonzalez, 42, of King of Prussia, is free on $5,000 bail on charges of retail and receiving stolen property on Dec. 9 in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Louis Antonio Rivera, 64, of Philadelphia, was charged on Dec. 8 with retail theft and receiving stolen property after police were notified that he had stolen merchandise from a retail business in the Wayne section of the township for two days
- Tracey Jackson, 55, of Philadelphia is free on $5,000 on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle for failing to return a rental vehicle in the Paoli section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Javonte Keomanivanh, 27, of Philadelphia is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail after being arraigned on Dec. 26 on charges of identity theft and receiving stolen property. Police said the arrest followed a check fraud investigation.
- Jaquan Underwood, 23, of Rasheen Young, both 22, both of Philadelphia, were charged on Dec. 27 with identity theft and forgery following a check fraud investigation.
- Jasmine Young, 22, of Baltimore, Md., is free on $5,000 bail on charges of receiving stolen property and possessing a controlled substance on Dec. 28. Police said she was operating a vehicle with a stolen registration.
- James Reeves, 34, of Philadelphia, was charged on Dec. 28 with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and related after police responded to a report of theft in a retail establishment in the Wayne section of the township.
- Daniel Kazanicka, 53, of Narberth, is free on $10,000 bail awaiting court action on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Police said he was stopped on Dec. 29 driving a stolen vehicle.
These suspects were arrested on outstanding warrants:
- Kevin Cooper,23 of Wayne, was taken into custody on Dec. 11 for an outstanding warrant out of the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department.
- Nasheed Fletcher, 23, of Philadelphia, PA was taken into custody on Dec. 23 for an outstanding warrant out of Camden County, N.J.
- Kimyda Branch, 38 of Pottstown, PA was taken into custody on Dec. 30 for an outstanding warrant out of the Philadelphia Police Department.
