Valentine Romance: Tell Us Your Best Story

Valentine’s Day is in the air and with it, romance.

You may be thinking about the most romantic thing your boyfriend, husband or past love did for you this time of year. We want to know your story.

I loved reading a great proposal story in our Cutest Couple Contest in Radnor:
“My best friend proposed to me with a surprise homemade documentary on how perfect we are for each other this October at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute. Without my knowing, all our friends and family were the audience in the theater that night :)” wrote Gia Datillo.

My husband proposed to me on Valentine’s Day. It was a freezing cold day and he took me to a park we’d been to on our second date. He gave me a very large wrapped box that rattled when you shook it. I unwrapped one box to find another and another. One had Hershey’s kisses in it (thus the rattling sound). I finally got to the last package to find a book, which seemed a bit anticlimactic, but then out of the wrappings came a jeweler’s box with a diamond engagement ring.
