Walls Come Down on Swedesford Road
A Wayne office building has become a construction site.
One of the former Valley Forge Office Center buildings on Swedesford Road has become a construction site. The work is less visible from Swedesford Road, but motorists can see it all from the Swedesford Road exit off Route 422.
Trophy-class office space coming
Two buildings at the site are being renovated and rebranded as CrossPoint at Valley Forge, according to the leasing agent, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

The finished product will boast 272,000 square feet of "trophy-class office space,"Â among other amenities:
CrossPoint will boast a conference center, a 4,000 square foot fitness center and a full-service cafĂ©. The redesign will include a new, expansive 9' floor-to-ceiling window system and flexible floor plates allowing for as many as 20 corner offices per floor. The dramatic two-story, light-filled lobby will feature glass elevators and finishes using recycled and sustainable materials.Â
The artistic rendering featured on the "Now Leasing" sign in the attached photo gallery is presumably what the finished building will look like.
