earlier this month the real estate broker who handled the sale revealed but would not confirm for publication on Patch that the buyer is Landmark Americana.
An article on Philly.com now confirms that the buyer is indeed Landmark Americana, which owns taproom restaurants in West Chester, Philadelphia, and Glassboro, NJ. It would seems like a perfect fit for the space which housed a John Harvard's Brewery before that chain shut down and the owners of the Paddock moved in.
There is no word yet on when the new restaurant will open at the site on the corner of Lancaster Ave and Old Eagle School Road in Strafford. Click here for a link to the Landmark Americana website to get a sense of what might be coming soon to the former home of The Paddock at Devon.
