Former Horsham Clinic Employee Is Accused Of Exchanging Child Porn With Underage Patient
A former Horsham Clinic employee is facing charges accusing him of exchanging nude photos with a juvenile patient.
UPPER DUBLIN, PA — A Delaware County man is under arrest and facing numerous child pornography charges after authorities in Montgomery County say he exchanged nude photographs with a juvenile patient at the Horsham Clinic while the defendant worked as a medical technician at the facility.
Tayib Inniss, 24, of Drexel Hill, has been charged with 80 felony counts, and one misdemeanor count, according to a criminal docket sheet in the case.
Inniss was arrested on Jan. 13 by the Hatfield Police Department in Montgomery County, court records show.

Hatfield made the arrest because it was officers with that department who received a ChildLine tip regarding possible sex abuse of a 16-year-old girl living in Hatfield Township, according to a report in North Penn Now, which cited a police criminal complaint.
According to the North Penn Now article, Hatfield police say the teenager's mom found out her daughter was involved in a relationship with the defendant, whom she met while she was in treatment at the Horsham Clinic last spring.

Investigators determined that nude photos had been exchanged between the two but an attempt to meet in person for a sexual encounter was unsuccessful, the website reported.
Court records show that Inniss had a preliminary arraignment on Jan. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Marc A. Alfarano.
Inniss was released from custody after posting bond.
Inniss faces dozens of felony counts including criminal solicitation and child pornography, in addition to a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors, according to court records.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine.
North Penn Now reported that the Horsham Clinic initially placed Inniss on administrative leave but that it has since terminated his employment.
The Horsham Clinic offers behavioral health treatment services to children, adolescents and adults. It is located on Butler Pike in Upper Dublin Township.
