UPPER DUBLIN, PA — A Philadelphia woman has been arrested in connection with residential burglary incidents in this eastern Montgomery County community.
Dana Reichart, 33, was arrested during the overnight hours this past Tuesday after Upper Dublin Township Police officers received a call of a suspicious person at a home on the 100 block of Creek Drive in the Ambler section of Upper Dublin, according to a police department news release.
A caller told a 911 operator that a woman walking along their property appeared to be the same person who reportedly stole items from a shed two nights before.

Other officers were able to eventually intercept the vehicle and it was ultimately determined that Reichart, who was inside the vehicle, was the same suspect who had been captured on video footage that night, and the same person observed stealing items from the homeowner's shed on June 19, according to police.
Upper Dublin Police said they believe Reichart had returned on Tuesday with the intention of stealing more items from the shed.
Reichart was ultimately taken into custody without incident.
"This case is a great example of how the vigilance of our homeowners and the footage from surveillance cameras can help combat crime in our community and bring justice for crime victims," Upper Dublin Police stated in the news release.
Court records show that Reichart is being charged with felony burglary counts as well as additional felony counts of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
She is also facing misdemeanor charges of loitering, defiant trespass, possession of a controlled substance by persons not registered and drug possession.
Reichart was arraigned on Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Karen Eisner Zucker.
She was sent to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post $77 cash bail.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 1.
