Pothole Repairs Scheduled In Upper Dublin Township This Week
PennDOT maintenance crews are planning to patch potholes on 40 highways in the region.
UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP, PA —Those pesky potholes are finally going to get filled.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that maintenance crews will be working on 40 state highways this week to repair deteriorated pavement across the region.
In Upper Dublin Township, potholes are planned to be fixed on Fort Washington Avenue.

PennDOT did not give times or days for when the work would take place during the week.
Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement.

Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews. All activities are weather dependent.
Motorists are reminded to slow down in the work zone and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and our workers safe.
PennDOT would also like to remind motorists that potholes and other roadway concerns on state roads can be reported by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or visiting www.penndot.pa.gov and clicking on “Submit Concern.”
As of Jan. 1, PennDOT has used more than 1,072 tons of asphalt to repair potholes across the five-county Philadelphia region.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
