Exit ramp was kept open through rush hour traffic.

A tractor trailer overturned on Tuesday, June 18 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit onto Route 309 in Fort Washington, according to the Ambler Gazette. Police say the driver was going too fast for conditions on the ramp.
