Ganderton leads the way as the Lady Cards peek above .500

The Upper Dublin softball team earned their eighth win of the season on Monday afternoon, beating Germantown Academy 9-4 and bringing their record above .500 for the first time in weeks.
Pitcher Kristin Ganderton lead the way for the Lady Cards, striking out five for the win while allowing only two earned runs and chipping in two RBI. Rachel Stingel helped power the offense by going 3-4 with four runs acored, and Rachel Matricardi also chipped in going 1-3 with three RBI.
The Upper Dublin squad is now 8-7 on the season, though they remain a sub-.500 team in league play with a 4-5 record.
