Finance & Administrative Committee
- Treasurer’s Activity Report was approved.
- Regular Meeting Minutes of February 1 2016 were approved as submitted.
- Board approved List of Bills Payable.
Board approved the following Appointments/Reappointments:

- Reappointment of John Bethard to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Council, Ward 4, for a term of 2-years to expire on 2/3/2018.
- Reappointment of John Knauss to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Council as a Member At-Large for a 2-year term to expire 12/31/2017.
- Appointment of Alicia Caruso to the Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) to complete the remainder of John Burkhauser’s term which will expire on 1/1/2018.
- Conditional appointment of John King as a probationary Police Officer. Such appointment is conditioned upon successful completion of a medical and psychological examination and certification from the Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission.

- Board approved Agreement with Hough Associates for Collection and Submission of Recycling Data and
applications for Recycling Grants.
- Board approved Agreement for purchase of 114 Center Avenue.
- Board approved Resolution No. R-2016-10 Condemnation Agreement with Jeanne Flacco to purchase 114 Center Avenue.
Parks & Recreation Committee
- Board approved Environmental Advisory Council / Upper Moreland Free Public Library Proposal – The Parks and Recreation Committee recommends approval of Phase 1 of the Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) and Upper Moreland Free Public Library (UMFPL) Process for Improvements to the Library and Veterans Memorial Park as described in the memorandum dated February 16, 2016, from Patrick Stasio, and submitted on behalf of the EAC and UMFPL. Furthermore, the Committee supports the UMFPL Grant Application (McLean Program) seeking funding for the UMFPL’s Outdoor Environmental Education Center, with Learning Stations, upon the conditions that no financial commitment is being offered by Upper Moreland Township and that all maintenance responsibilities related to proposed Improvements to the Library and Park are to be provided by the EAC or UMFPL.
- Board approved contribution of $1,450.00 toward cost of new sign to be purchased by Upper Moreland Library.
Public Health & Safety
- Board approved Resolution No. R-2016-12 – To Schedule a Public Hearing to include requiring Towing Companies to add the Township as Additional Insured to their insurance policies. Date for Public Hearing is April 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
- Board approved Resolution No. R-2016-13 – Designating handicapped parking space at 107 Woodlawn Avenue.
- Board approved Resolution No. R-2016-14 – Designating Fire Zone locations at Thompson Dealership (2540, 2560 Maryland Road) and Fairfield Inn & Suites (2440 Maryland Road).
