Montgomery County is getting two new Federal Donuts shops.

WILLOW GROVE, PA — The first of two new Federal Donuts and Chicken shops in Montgomery County opened on Friday.
The suburban expansion of one of Philadelphia's iconic staples started in Radnor back in September, and grew to Willow Grove on Friday. The new shop is on 4021 Welsh Road.
A second Montgomery County location, in Conshohocken, is also slated to open at some time in early 2025, while a third will open in Marlton, New Jersey later this year.

"It has always been a dream to grow Federal Donuts & Chicken out of our amazing city and into the suburbs of Philadelphia,” partner Michael Solomonov said in a statement to Patch. “We hope our new Willow Grove shop is a place where folks can bring their loved ones for a delicious slice of comfort at any time of day.”
The new shop will offer inside small, cozy indoor dining for up to 12, with both bar stools and tables.

Founded in Philly in 2011 by James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts quickly expanded to more than 10 locations between the city and the Las Vegas area.
Willow Grove hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
