Man Uses Charcoal To Light Chair On Fire At Willow Grove Supermarket: Police
Armed with charcoal and lighter fluid, the man took to the outside of the store in the middle of the night. His motives are unclear.
WILLOW GROVE, PA — A Montgomery County man set a chair on fire outside of a supermarket in Willow Grove in the middle of the night, police said.
Michael Flynn, 24, of Norristown, has been charged with criminal mischief, dangerous burning, and possession of a controlled substance.
The incident occurred on May 17 at around 3:35 a.m. at the Giant store on 315 York Road.

Flynn used charcoal and lighter fluid to start the fire at an outdoor chair just outside the store, police said.
It is not known why he burned the chair.

Police found drugs in his possession when he was arrested.
Flynn was arraigned and a preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
