Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School in Willow Grove welcomes new Principal

We are pleased to introduce Mrs. Beatrice Allen as our new principal! Mrs. Allen is a dedicated and passionate Catholic educator, deeply committed to fostering the growth and success of every student she meets. With extensive experience in a variety of roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a creative approach to education that aligns perfectly with the values of our school.

Mrs. Allen last served as a Math and Social Studies teacher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Doylestown, PA, where she developed engaging lesson plans for fifth and sixth grade students. Her expertise in creating dynamic, student-centered learning environments and her ability to effectively manage classrooms make her an exceptional educator.

Not only does she have a strong foundation in teaching, but she also possesses outstanding communication skills that have helped her build lasting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. As a leader, Mrs. Allen has shown her commitment to the school community through roles such as the School Religion Coordinator, Chairperson for various key school initiatives and a member of the Archdiocesan Curriculum Committee.

Beyond her teaching experience, Mrs. Allen holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University and a Bachelor's degree in Education/English from Rider University. She also brings a heart for service, volunteering as a PREP teacher and working with students with disabilities at the Ivy Hill Therapeutic Riding Academy.

Her vision for Queen of Angels is to continue nurturing an environment where students not only excel academically but also grow in their faith, character, and community spirit. Mrs. Allen’s experience in curriculum development, faith-based education, and leadership will undoubtedly bring new opportunities for our school to thrive.
