RECALL: Swing Sets Sold at Walmart and Toys R Us

Troxel is recalling 11 different models of Flexible Flyer Swing Sets, all with see saws.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission report says the see saw seat can break away from the bolt fastener during use, posing a fall hazard to children. Currently, there have been 1,232 reports of see saw seats breaking, resulting in 13 injuries to young children, including bumps, bruises and lacerations.

The swing sets include a see saw attachment, along with swings, a slide or bars. The model numbers included in the recall are:

• Model # 41575 Big Adventure
• Model # 41577 Fun Fantastic
• Model # 41578 Fun Fantastic II
• Model # 42003 Backyard Flyer
• Model # 42013 Backyard Fun
• Model # 42023 Backyard Swingin’ Fun
• Model # 42030 Windsor II
• Model # 42124 Fun Time
• Model # 42126 Fantastic Playground
• Model # 42533 Triple Fun
• Model # 42560 Triple Fun II

The swing sets were sold at Walmart and Toys R Us stores from December 2011 through May 2012.

Consumers should stop using the see saws immediately and contact Troxel to received a free repair kits.
