Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority Construction Approved

The UMHJSA will begin repairs to a sewer main along Davisville Road, possibly beginning at the end of this month.

According to a Ward 6 newsletter, the Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority (UMHJSA) was recently awarded a contract for Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) repairs for the sewer main on Davisville Road, between Terwood Road and Their Davisville Road Pump Station.

This is approximately 1,270 linear feet. The UMHJSA has received approvals for night work from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.  This will occur over two or three consecutive nights, prefaced by one night for pre-cleaning and televising the runs approximately one week prior to the start of work.

The overnight impact would include - no traffic, lighting, work crews, contractor's boiler and associated truck traffic and associated Truck Traffic.  They do not expect any digging, or stone or paving trucks.
