Loose Bear, 7-11 Theft Top 2023 Upper-Lower Southampton Year In Review

UPPER / LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A bear was found roaming around Feasterville earlier this year. A man who robbed a 7-11 was later killed by the FBI in Philadelphia. And a young boy was killed by a tree limb that fell during a storm.
