Update: Rydal Lane Culvert Project Delayed In Upper Southampton Twp.

Update: 7:55 a.m. Friday

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —The Upper Southampton Township Police Department had posted parking restrictions for the culvert replacement project through Sunday morning.

But police announced Friday morning that the Rydal Lane project has once again been delayed due to inclement weather.

Police Chief Dominic Varacallo had said that effective immediately, the no parking zones were designated on several streets in both directions in preparation for the Rydal Lane culvert delivery.

  • Gravel Hill Road to Stephen Way
  • Stephen Way to Rydal Lane
  • Rydal Lane to Millcreek Road

The project was postponed due to the inclement weather brought on by Tropical Storm Ophelia.
