UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —Just when the Rydal culvert replacement project was expected to get going this week, it's now been delayed. Blame it on the weather.

Upper Southampton Township officials said that the delivery of the culvert has been delayed due to weather and Tropical Storm Ophelia.

With the delay, the police chief has withdrawn and canceled the no-parking restriction on a portion of Stephen Way and Rydal Lane from 7 a.m. Sept. 26, through 7 a.m. Sept. 29.
