Water Main Installation Begins On County Line Road

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —Water main work has begun in the township.

Township officials said Wednesday that the Upper Southampton Municipal Authority (USMA) began installing a water main on County Line Road east of Davisville Road.

Funding for the project came through a grant from the Military Installation Remediation & Infrastructure Authority, officials said.

The grant offset the cost of connecting properties with private wells impacted by PFOS/PFOA contamination to the public water system.

The USMA has been proudly serving the Upper Southampton Township residents since 1946.
