2 Arrested In Warminster For Selling Stolen Gun
One of the men stole the .357 Magnum, then gave it to the other man to sell, according to Warminster Police.
WARMINSTER, PA — Two men are under arrest for their roles in illegally selling a stolen handgun, according to Warminster Police.
Police in the township have charged Marlon Gaskin, 36, of Maple Street, and Joseph Muffler, 43, of Willow Grove in the case.
According to police, Gaskin sold a Ruger .357 Magnum to another person, knowing it was stolen and despite being legally prohibited from owning a firearm. Their investigation revealed that Muffler hand stolen the handgun from another person and provided it to Gaskin to sell, police said.

Detectives were able to recover the handgun. Gaskin and Muffler were charged with felony firearms violations, theft, receiving stolen property, dealing in unlawful proceeds and conspiracy, police said Monday.
Both were taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail, police said.
