Bucks Co. Man Extradited From El Salvador To Face Sexual Assault Charges Of 3 Girls: DA
Noel Angel Yanes of Warminster was returned to the United States on Wednesday night, authorities said.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Warminster Township man wanted for sexually assaulting three girls was extradited to the United States on Wednesday night to face charges, authorities said.
Noel Angel Yanes, 45, of Warminster Township, was arrested in El Salvador on Jan. 8.. He had fled the country after charges were filed, Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said.
The investigation began after reports were made to Warminster Police that Yanes had sexually assaulted three juveniles, authorities said.

One victim told authorities that Yanes raped her several times beginning when she was about 5 year-old until she was 11.
A second victim said Yanes sexually assaulted her at least three times, when she was between the ages of 4 and 6, authorities said. The third victim was 8 at the time of the alleged assault.

Yanes is charged with seven counts each of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor, and indecent assault.
He is also charged with an additional two counts each of unlawful contact with a minor and indecent assault, and three counts of corruption of minors.
Schorn said the Warminster Township Police Department, the Department of Justice’s Office of International Affairs, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force assisted in capturing Yanes.
He was arraigned early Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Maggie Snow and was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility under $500,000 bail with 10 percent.
