Bucks Co.'s Sabrina Carpenter To Host 'Saturday Night Live'
The Quakertown native will do double duty on "Saturday Night Live" this week by hosting and serving as the musical guest.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County-bred superstar Sabrina Carpenter will serve double duty this week on "Saturday Night Live," hosting and serving as musical guest of the iconic comedy television show.
The Quakertown native is coming off a summer in which she was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine's double summer issue with the headline "Sabrina, Superstar."
Her latest album, "Man's Best Friend," which has spawned the No. 1 hit "Manchild," and Top 3 smash "Tears." Carpenter is also launching a major U.S. Tour that has her playing Madison Square Garden in New York City later this month.

A promotion for "Saturday Night Live" features her mingling with cast members in a skit where Carpenter enters the studio, drinks a martini, signs an autograph on a script, and types her thoughts on a laptop that is not turned on, but still receives applause from the cast looking over her shoulder.
Carpenter appeared on SNL's 's 50th anniversary show last fall, dueting with legend Paul Simon and also performing in another sketch.

Carpenter broke out to national fame with her hit "Expresso" in 2023. The song reached No. 3 and helped push her album, "Short N Sweet," to the No. 1 spot.
"Manchild" debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100. Carpenter is also featured performing a duet with Taylor Swift on the singer's new album, "The Life of a Showgirl."
