High Winds Postpone Warminster Outdoor Movie Night
The show is over for "Encanto" Friday and for the Saturday rain date, township officials announced. A new date will be scheduled.

WARMINSTER, PA —The show is over for Movie Night Friday.
Warminster Township made a late announcement Friday that the Parks and Recreation's Movie Night featuring the Disney film "Encanto" has been postponed due to weather conditions. The rain date was scrapped as well.
"Unfortunately, due to safety and equipment concerns surrounding high wind advisories tonight and tomorrow, Outdoor Movie Night featuring Encanto has been postponed," the Facebook post stated. "Stay tuned for the rescheduled date!"

The free movie was supposed to be featured at the Hallowell Pavilion at Warminster Community Park.
The Warminster Township Parks and Recreation had recently announced the conclusion of its first-ever movie poll, thanking survey participants who chose the 2022 Oscar winner to headline Outdoor Movie Night.
