Second Street Pike Roadwork To Last A Month

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Road construction is scheduled to continue this week on Route 232 (2nd Street Pike) under a local safety improvement project, PennDOT said.

Starting Tuesday, July 1, and lasting until July 31, drivers can expect periodic lane closures with flagging Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Route 232 (2nd Street Pike) between Tanyard Road and Upper Holland Road for excavation, conduit installation, and slab work.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur, officials said.

All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
