SEPTA Regional Rail Service Restored On 3 Lines
Regional rail service was suspended on three lines serving Bucks and Montgomery counties due to the massive fire in Abington on Monday night

PHILADELPHIA REGION —SEPTA regional rail service has been restored after being suspected for a day due to a massive warehouse fire in Abington Township.
The Warminster, West Trenton, and Lansdale/Doylestown regional rail lines were shut down following Monday night's fire at SPS Technologies in Jenkintown on Monday night.

SEPTA officials suspended service due to safety concerns for commuters.
Andrew Busch, SEPTA's director of media relations, told Patch on Wednesday that the three lines are operating on their normal schedules.

However, due to the fire still burning at SPS Technologies, the Glenside, Jenkintown-Wyncote, and Noble regional rail stations were being bypassed. But officials said they were opening later Wednesday morning.
SEPTA said it has shuttle buses operating from those stops to get riders to stations with trains.
The Warminster Line has stops in Warminster, Hatboro, Willow Grove, Abington, Roslyn, Glenside, Jenkintown, and Elkins Park, among others before heading into Philadelphia.
The West Trenton Line has stops at the West Trenton Station, Yardley Station, Woodbourne Station, Langhorne Station, Neshaminy Falls Station, and Trevose Station in Lower Bucks County.
The Lansdale/Doylestown Line has stops in Doylestown, Delaware Valley University, New Britain, Chalfont, Colmar, Lansdale, North Wales, Ambler, Fort Washington, Oreland, North Hills, Glenside, Jenkintown-Wyncote, and Elkins Park before heading to Philadelphia.
