Bucks Co. Man Shot Girlfriend Multiple Times, Killing Her: Police
Authorities said the two had been seeing each other for two years before the fatal shooting in Montgomery County on Sunday.
WARMINSTER, PA — A 26-year-old township man has been charged with the fatal shooting of his girlfriend over the weekend, authorities said.
Michael Dutkiewitcz, 26, of Warminster, was arrested and charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Alyssa Rose Wiest, 25, of West Conshohocken, at 12:25 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Moorehead Avenue, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said.
In an affidavit of probable cause, investigators said Dutkiewicz fired one shot at Wiest while inside, and that Wiest fled outside to the sidewalk, where he shot her several times.

Wiest was found facedown on the sidewalk outside the home with obvious gunshot wounds to her torso when authorities arrived. She was taken to Lankenau Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, authorities said.
The investigation found that the door to the victim’s residence, a few doors from where she was found, was ajar, and there was blood found both inside her residence and along the sidewalk leading to her body. Montgomery County Detectives processed the scene and recovered five projectiles, located both inside the residence and outside by the body, the West Conshocken Police Department said.
Dutkiewicz's mother called West Conshohocken police to arrange his surrender just before 8 a.m. Sunday. She said he was "in shock," according to the affidavit.
Dutkiewicz is charged with First-Degree Murder, Third-Degree Murder, and Possessing an Instrument of Crime.
Dutkiewicz was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility without bail. A preliminary hearing is set for May 27.
