I-295 Bridge To Be Restricted In Bucks Co.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — PennDOT has announced that the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) is planning lane closures on Interstate 295 between the Route 332 (Yardley-Newtown Road) Interchange and the New Jersey state line in Lower Makefield Township on Monday, April 11, through Friday, April 15, for various construction activities.

Lane closures are scheduled on eastbound I-295 from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and westbound I-295 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Drivers should allow extra time when traveling through the work areas, as backups and delays are expected as a result of the construction projects.

All scheduled construction activities will be weather dependent, according to PennDOT.

The project will be completed under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
