Bucks Co. Commission To Host Kids Town Hall Monday

Students in grades K-12 may submit questions in advance by email on topics from the coronavirus to Bucks County history.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County Commissioners on Monday will host a special kind of online town hall meeting. This one is for the kids.

The commission's three members will hold the online meet-up for children in grades K-12 at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 11. The event will be held on Facebook Live.

According to commissioners, the town hall is designed to let kids ask them questions about the coronavirus outbreak in Bucks County or other issues, including county history.

Any student with a question may send it to commissioners Diane Ellis-Marseglia, Bob Harvie and Gene DiGirolamo at townhall@buckscounty.org. Questions should be sent no later than 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.

Kids are asked to include their first name, school and grade when submitting questions.
