Friday, Sep. 24

10:06 a.m. — A complainant on the 500 block of Cedar Hollow Drive reported falling victim to the “Grandparent Scam” and losing $2,216. (The grandparent scam usually involves someone calling and pretending to be a person’s grandchild in need of money).
10:25 a.m. — A complainant on the 700 block of Wynnewood Drive reported unauthorized use of a credit card in the amount of $300.

7:03 p.m. — Loss Prevention at Shop Rite reported that on Sep. 23, an unknown man took seven boxes of eye drops without paying. An investigation is ongoing.
9:48 p.m. — Someone on the 1300 block of Jacob Drive reported that an unknown person egged their residence.
Saturday, Sep. 25
1:59 p.m. — Shop Rite’s Loss Prevention reported that on Sep. 23, an unknown man and woman took 11 containers of baby formula without paying.
4:24 p.m. — Police on patrol on the 500 block of W. Trenton Avenue stopped a car for violations and discovered fraudulent documents. The vehicle owner, a 21-year-old man from Princeton, New Jersey, will be summonsed for altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates.
6:09 p.m. — A complainant on Harvey Avenue reported a fraudulent $1,200 charge to their bank account after clicking on a pop-up security ad on their computer and speaking with who they believed to be an IT specialist.
Tuesday, Sep. 28
1:02 p.m. — Loss Prevention at Shop Rite reported that a man took $264.53 worth of allergy medication without paying.
8:09 p.m. — A Shop Rite employee reported receiving 21 counterfeit $20 bills from an unknown man earlier in the day.
Wednesday, Sep. 29
8:51 a.m. — A complainant on Sutphin Pines reported that someone punctured a tire on their car.
3:24 p.m. — Police on patrol on Edgewood Road stopped a car for violations. A records check revealed the 32-year-old male driver from Yardley was wanted out of Philadelphia. He was taken into police custody.
6:42 p.m. — A complainant on the 1200 block of Harrow Crescent reported that someone filed for unemployment benefits in their name.
10:11 a.m. — Police on patrol at Quarry Commons Drive and Mirror Lake Road stopped a car for violations. A records check revealed the 36-year-old female driver from Lower Makefield Township was wanted for burglary out of South Brunswick, New Jersey. She was taken into police custody.
Thursday, Sep. 30
1:09 p.m. — Loss Prevention at Shop Rite reported an unknown man took nine cans of baby formula without paying. An investigation is ongoing.
5:04 p.m. — Shop Rite’s Loss Prevention reported an unknown woman took six cans of baby formula without paying. An investigation is ongoing.
