The complaint said that police found Campbell bleeding from a large knot on his forehead. He told police that his sister-in-law and brother-in-law allegedly jumped him, but he declined to press charges or seek medical attention.
Police found no evidence of a weapon or shots being fired and noted that fireworks were being set off nearby, and closed out the call.

About 20 minutes later, police returned to the home after Campbell’s sister-in-law said he assaulted her and her brother when she was picking up her teenage niece to take her to a safe place, the criminal complaint stated.
The complaint said that Campbell allegedly punched the woman twice in the head as she helped the girl with her bags, with the woman hitting Campbell in the head with a rock. The woman’s brother, who followed her to the home in a separate car, left his vehicle and started fighting with Campbell, the complaint read.
The woman had her niece step into the car, and as they started driving away, Campbell then allegedly retrieved a gun from inside the home, then came outside and fired two shots at the woman’s vehicle as she drove off. The bullet did not hit the vehicles, the complaint said.
Campbell was arraigned Sunday on four felony counts of aggravated assault and related charges. He is being held on $200,000 bail at Bucks County Prison.
