Bucks Co. Towns With Most, Least Coronavirus Cases
COVID-19 numbers in Bucks County have surged along with much of the nation. Check your town, or zip code, to see total case numbers there.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County, like much of the nation, is in the midst of a fall surge of coronavirus cases.
As of Thursday, Bucks County had 14,076 total cases of the coronavirus, according to state data. Of those, 13,277 cases were confirmed and another 849 were considered probable cases.
In Bucks County, the majority of reported coronavirus cases have been in the population centers in Lower Bucks. Bensalem, the county's most populous township, had 1,521 cases. Langhorne had 1,086 cases and the Morrisville zip code, which includes Yardley and Lower Makefield, had 986 cases.

Levittown had a combined 1,585 cases spread among its four zip codes while Doylestown, the county seat, had the most in central or Upper Bucks with 1,098 cases.
According to state figures from Thursday, there have been a total of 650 deaths due to the coronavirus in Bucks County since the pandemic began.

The latest numbers come on the heels of the county's worst week for new coronavirus cases since the pandemic began. Last week, the county reported 1,676 new cases of the virus, an average of 239 new cases per day.
There were 12 deaths from the coronavirus reported in Bucks County last week, though hospitalization rates still remained relatively low, with just 22 people hospitalized with it by the end of the week.
This week, Pennsylvania health officials announced "targeted efforts" to fight the renewed spread of the coronavirus, including enhanced masking rules and protocols for people leaving and entering the state.
Locally, officials in places like Philadelphia have put their own COVID-19 restrictions in place. In Philly, new rules including indoor gathering and dining bans went into place on Friday.
