Patch: How long have you been selling real estate?
Nadine: 30 years.

Patch: What attracted you to the real estate industry, and how did you get started?
Nadine: I purchased my home moving back to Bucks County from New York. I had a sales background and was amazed that my Realtor wasn't listening to my needs, only heard my budget.
Patch: If you had to sum up your approach to real estate in five words, what would those words be?
Nadine: Always listen, anticipate questions before asked.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced as a real estate agent?
Nadine: This market is particularly challenging, low inventory and many buyers. My team and I have been very successful winning bidding wars and getting our sellers incredible terms.
Patch: Is there a real estate deal over the span of your career that you have been most proud of?
Nadine: To be honest, it’s very rewarding to be able to help so many people buy and sell homes knowing that you lead the way. I excel at being the master of ceremonies.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Nadine: I do wear many hats and being a “leader” in our office of over 300 Agents, I truly enjoy helping the newer agents climb the ladder.
Patch: How do your techniques, strategies and services distinguish themselves from the competition?
Nadine: I am well known to speak my mind and deal straight from the hip. You always know where I’m coming from.
