On Friday, Bucks County is scheduled to move to the green phase of Gov. Tom Wolf's COVID-19 plan. Restaurants will be allowed to open their dining rooms and businesses like barber shops, gyms and nail salons will be allowed to open for the first time since March.

Safety restrictions at those businesses will be in place under the plan and Bucks County officials say they'll be enforcing them strictly to try to keep infection numbers low in the county.
