Police ID Suspect In Bucks Co. School Stabbing
A 17-year-old remained in serious condition after undergoing surgery for multiple stab wounds, police said Monday.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police have identified a 21-year-old man as the primary suspect in a stabbing Saturday at an elementary school in Bucks County.
Falls Township Police were called at 5:44 p.m. Saturday to Manor Elementary School, at 401 Penn Valley Rd. in Levittown.
According to police, officers found a 17-year-old suffering from multiple stab wounds on Timothy Lane, in the Thornridge section near the school. The teen was taken to St. Mary Medical Center, where he underwent surgery and is listed in serious condition, police said Monday.

Police said several people had been involved in a fight on the property of the elementary school.
After investigating, the police department has identified Zachary Santana, 21, as the primary suspect in the case. A warrant has been issued for Santana's arrest on charges including felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police say Santana, who has also been known to use the name "Zachary Blanco," should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him, or has information on his whereabouts, is urged to call 911 instead of approaching him.

On Sunday, Manor Elementary School Principal Terri Salvucci wrote a letter to members of the school community saying there were no students or staff at school at the time of the stabbing.
"This incident has not impacted the normal operation of our school and we plan to open at the usual time on Monday morning," Salvucci wrote. "We do anticipate there may be some questions from our students when they return to school, and our staff will be prepared to deal with those in an age-appropriate manner."
