Suspect Pickpocketed Elderly Woman At Yardley Giant: Cops

YARDLEY, PA — The Lower Makefield Township Police Department is currently looking for a female suspect who pickpocketed an elderly woman at the Giant Supermarket in Yardley on Wednesday, Dec. 8.

The suspect took a Michael Kors wallet from the victim at the store, located at 700 Stony Hill Rd, just before 3 p.m. She then proceeded to make a purchase of over $470 on the victims credit card at the Morrisville Borough Giant, located at 833 W Trenton Ave.

The wallet also contained about $250 in cash, with various cards inside as well. The wallet itself is estimated to be worth $50.

Police are asking for public assistance in helping fin the suspect.
