Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

Formerly the Face and Body Spa, Spa On Main came under new ownership two-and-a-half years ago, after the new owner quit a 39-year career in c-suite healthcare finance.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

We closed a week before mandate to protect our clients and staff. Employees are all on unemployment. In an industry that is heavy in contact and customer service, they are really anxious to get back to work. The team stays in touch via group text and Zoom video conferencing.


How can local customers support you now and in the future?

Go to our website to purchase gift cards now for Mother’s Day. Skin products can be purchased online and available for shipping, delivery or curbside pickup.


Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

We are sponsoring a Hometown Heroes contest with the goal of recognizing our neighbors that are contributing in so many positive ways. Each nomination will be featured on our Facebook and Instagram pages as a way to promote good news frequently.


Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?

Mike at Firehouse Cycles is open daily, helping our neighbors stay active.
