Brooklyn Man Charged With Fraud, Conspiracy: Rhode Island State Police
The Brooklyn man was arrested Sunday, police said.
A New Yorker was charged with fraud, conspiracy and receiving stolen goods, police said.
Bryan St. Fleur, 28, was arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
St. Fleur was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
