Gov. McKee To Host Holiday Open House For Rhode Islanders
Gov. McKee invited Rhode Islanders to visit the State House for a holiday open house later this month.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Gov. Dan McKee on Friday invited Rhode Islanders to visit the State House for a holiday open house later this month.
“The State House is decorated for the holidays, the indoor and outdoor Christmas trees are lit, and the public is welcome to visit and enjoy," McKee said in a media release.
The holiday open house at the State House was scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 16, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., according to the release.

McKee said the open house was organized to "give Rhode Islanders a special opportunity to view the trees and other holiday decorations, enjoy festive music, and warm up with a cup of hot chocolate.”
