PROVIDENCE, RI — When it comes to celebrating Halloween, small towns like Providence are a great place to revel in the spooky season.

In her “20+ Best Small Towns for Celebrating Halloween,” HGTV’s Lynn Coulter gushes over the "amazing" Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence.

"Rain or shine (no refunds or rescheduling), guests walk a trail illuminated with thousands of creatively carved pumpkins at this annual event," Coulter said. "Some are inscribed with tricky trivia questions about sports, history and pop culture; the brain-busters are new this year."
