Maine Man Supplied Kilos Of Coke Shipped Into Rhode Island: Feds
The Maine man was indicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute and distribution, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
A Maine man supplied kilograms of cocaine that were shipped into Rhode Island, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Evert Delgado-Menjivar, 31, was indicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine, and distribution of cocaine, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a media release.
Delgado-Menjivar was arrested at his Westbrook home Sept. 9, the release said.

In July, the Drug Enforcement Administration "learned of a person looking to sell multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine," according to the release, and in August, a "co-defendant is alleged to have distributed kilogram quantities of cocaine on Delgado-Menjivar’s behalf."
