Pawtucket Bad Check Passer Pinched: Police
The Pawtucket man surrendered to the law, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested Monday on fraud-related charges, police said.
Joseph King, 51, surrendered to troopers about 5:30 p.m. Thursday and was arrested on charges of bank fraud, fraudulent checks over $1,500 and check kiting over $1,000, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
King was released after his arraigment, according to police.
