Raptor Weekend Coming To Rhode Island Audubon Society

BRISTOL, RI — The Rhode Island Audubon Society has scheduled Raptor Weekend.

New England's largest celebration of birds of prey, according to the Rhode Island Audubon Society, the event was scheduled for Sept. 6 and 7 at the Audubon Nature Center and Aquarium, 1401 Hope St.

"Audubon Raptor Weekend presents a unique opportunity for visitors to get up-close with many species and learn about their adaptations and habitats in this engaging, family-friendly weekend event," the society said on its website.
